Chris Schubart, Business Development Director for Imagine360 has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare space. Before joining Imagine360 in the fall of 2018, Chris spent more than 25 years working for a large commercial health insurance company in various roles, including executive leadership. Following more than 20+ years working for traditional healthcare companies, Chris accepted a role with an extensive regional healthcare system. During this time, Chris helped build an insurance company from the ground up and deliver a better healthcare model built around value-based benefits…during this time, he also was part of the healthcare system’s strategy team. Helping guide the system through various market events. In 2018, Chris chose to leave the health system and joined Imagine360 because he felt compelled to help employers and employees get a “fair” shake when it comes to healthcare costs.

In addition to his work at Imagine360, Chris graduated from Wright State University with an MBA in Healthcare Management. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati for the Lindner School of Business teaching primarily finance and accounting to physicians, nurses, and pharmacists.

Erin Duffy
Director of Business Development - Illinois, Michigan, and Wisconsin

With 15+ years in the benefits space, Erin is dedicated to honesty and relationship building. She started her career at Arthur J. Gallagher focusing on public sector employers and coaching clients to develop a thoughtful and intentional approach to health insurance. In 2016, Erin channeled her entrepreneurial spirit and joined a start-up, Gravie where she worked with small and mid-sized companies to make benefits more approachable and affordable. Following her path to growth and helping organizations navigate healthcare, Erin joined Imagine360 in 2018. Here she works with employers, brokers, consultants, and third-party administrators (TPAs) to access a transparent cost-containment solution – reference-based pricing. She graduated with her MBA from DePaul University and undergraduate degree from Bradley University. Erin loves to travel, golf, exercise, and spend time with friends and family and is currently pursuing her Pilates teacher certification.
