Bob currently serves on the Board of the National Alliance of Healthcare Purchaser Coalitions, which represents 12,000 employers, 45 million covered lives, and over $400 billion in healthcare spend. He has shared his knowledge as a speaker with The National Alliance, The Kansas Business Group on Health, The Savannah Business Group on Health, and multiple industry association partners.

He has been a guest on podcasts and webinars, including The Broker's Voice, The Granite List, and The Shiftshapers. Additionally, Bob has been featured in industry magazines like Employee Benefit News and The Self Insurer. Bob lives in Columbus, OH, loves his Buckeyes, and is a proud grandfather.

Cam has passion for partnering with brokers to offer innovative savings opportunities for self-funded employers and wealth of knowledge advising employers and benefit managers on healthcare solutions. Prior to Imagine360, he was the Vice President of Business Development at Humana, where he was charged with developing a new territory. Over the next 7 plus years, Cam grew the out-of-state market, added well over 10,000 medical members and enhanced benefit offerings.

Cam has received multiple honors over the course of his professional career, including the 2022 Rookie of the Year award from Imagine360, and several President's Council awards during his tenure at Humana. He holds degrees in HR Management and Marketing from the University of Alabama-Huntsville. During his leisure time, Cam enjoys spending time with his wife and their four daughters as well as coaching and racing motorcycles. He’s also an avid runner, having completed 10 marathons.
